Technology Based Training (TBT)

 

The technology based trainings of Bau Bildung Sachsen e.V. enable the direct, practical application of newly learned, market-oriented skills and abilities for users and application-oriented employees from commercial practice as well as for lecturers and training personnel of vocational training institutions. 

In addition to theoretical basic training, the focus of our courses is on the concrete application of theory on practice-based demonstration plants. Our demonstration plants combine German state-of-the-art technology that can be touched and grasped with comprehensive practical training content that can be learned, practised and consolidated directly at the plant. With the help of the application learning approach, course participants are put in a position to solve problems and tasks directly with the plant technology, which can also occur in everyday working life. 

Specialist lecturers with many years of experience in both the educational and technological fields support the participants in the learning process. All lecturers are either engineers, engineering educators, master craftsmen, foremen or lecturers from technical universities with a proven practical background. The acquisition of practical skills in the respective areas is the primary objective of our training courses. The maximum number of participants in our training courses is 25 in order to ensure proximity to the participants and a well-founded, practice-oriented transfer of skills.

We at Bau Bildung Sachsen primarily stand for practical training and personal contact, but also for web-based training with the latest digital media. Therefore, all courses can be implemented both in presence and in web-based live online format. Final examinations and certificates are awarded by Bau Bildung Sachsen e.V., the Bauakademie Sachsen, the Bauindustrieverband Ost and other recognised certifiers.

 

Demonstration and training facilities

Our technology-based training courses use a variety of demonstration facilities to impart knowledge and skills. Depending on the requirements of the client, systems can be manufactured, delivered and trained individually or in combination, according to a modular principle with the corresponding training courses. 

In the field of building automation, we are pleased to offer you the following demonstration systems with customised technology-based training, which can be combined as desired.

 

    TB-1. Intelligent energy centre for low-energy buildings

    with technical modules for:

    • intelligent control of air source heat pump for heating, cooling and ventilation
    • hot water production
    • grey water utilisation
    • drinking fountain
    • complex photovoltaic system

    Customised planning, production, delivery and remote chief installation as well as processing of high-quality German and European components. The technology to be supplied has a central processor for data processing and control of the plant-related processes, is operated via an HMI on site and can also be controlled remotely. Furthermore, process data (e.g. status values) can be made available to a control system via a standardised bus protocol and can also be received.
    Combined with technology-based training by specialist lecturers from Bau Bildung Sachsen e.V. Duration of training approx. 5 days, depending on the training format (live on site or digital).

     

    TB-2. Drinking Water Training Plant

    • Manufacturing and delivery of a full-functioning tailor-made drinking water training plant with localized training concept for the efficient decentralized drinking water purification and disinfection in modular design with operating and communication HMI, carbon filter, high-temperature purification and UVC antimicrobial disinfection
    • On-site training practical training during the installation in order to enable the teaching of all procedural processes for the professional usage of the drinking water plant
    • Training outline: environment and water, water consumption, properties of water (physical, chemical, biological), exercise/transfer, public water supply, hazard analysis, thermal insulation/energy efficiency, drinking water heating, 

      overview of the entire system, individual components and functional description, types of disinfection, maintenance plan

     

    TB-3. Wastewater Technology Training Container

    • Manufacturing and delivery of a training container for practice-oriented training on the topics: Sealing technology, pipe cleaning, CCTV inspection and pipe renovation
    • On-site tailor-made practical training in order to enable the teaching of all procedural processes for the professional usage of the waste water technology
    • Training outline: drainage systems, cleaning and maintenance, inspection and remediation, condition detection / coding of damage, work safety, health protection and rescue from shafts

     

    TB-41. Underfloor heating circuit with solar panel 

    The heating circuit consists of pump, valve, flow and return temperature as well as volume flow measurement. The required thermal energy is generated by a small solar panel. The solar panel measures the flow and return temperatures as well as the collector temperature and the volume flow. The system can be used to train the basics on the heating circuit and the solar panel. The system is controlled via DDC and all functions can be visualised via PC. The documentation is part of the system.

     

    TB-42. Underfloor heating circuit with boiler (electric heating)

    The heating circuit consists of pump, valve, flow and return temperature as well as volume flow measurement.  The required thermal energy is generated by an electric heater. The electric heating simulates a boiler. The flow and return temperatures as well as the collector temperature and the volume flow are measured at the electric heater. The system can be used to train the basics of the heating circuit and the boiler.

     

    TB-43. Thermal anti-legionella system with boiler (electric heating)

    The Thermolegio system consists of a small storage tank, charging pump, circulation pump, storage tank temperature, circulation temperature, flow and return temperature and volume flow measurement. The required thermal energy is generated by an electric heater. The electric heating simulates a boiler. The flow and return temperatures as well as the collector temperature and the volume flow are measured at the electric heater. The system can be used to train the basics of hot water production with thermal legionella protection as well as the boiler. The documentation is part of the system.

     

    TB-44. Ventilation with heat pump

    The ventilation system consists of a fan, air heater, cross-flow heat exchanger, pump, valve, flow and return temperature as well as supply air and extract air temperature. The ventilation system can heat or cool. The required heating or cooling energy is generated by a small air heat pump. The supply and return air temperatures and the volume flow rate are recorded at the air heat pump. The system can be used to train the basics of the ventilation system and the heat pump.

     

    TB-45. Photovoltaic system with grid regeneration 

    The photovoltaic system consists of a small photovoltaic module and the inverter as well as an electricity meter. The electrical power generated can be monitored and evaluated with the electricity meter. The system can be used to train the basics of photovoltaic technology. The documentation is part of the system.

    Combined with technology-based training by specialist lecturers from Bau Bildung Sachsen e.V. Duration approx. 2 days each, depending on the training format (live on site or digital).
