Passive and low-energy house technologies

Passive and low-energy house technologies (2016 - 2018)
Project goal:
The goal of DEG's DeveloPPP project was the sustainable know-how and technology transfer in the field of passive house and low-energy technologies to improve market opportunities and sales for German companies in China.
Contents:
Together with the OBAG Hochbau GmbH from Bautzen and the Leipzig company ENERelektronik GmbH, cooperation with a Chinese educational partner as well as industrial and sales partners was initiated and consolidated within the framework of the two-year project.
On the campus of the Chinese education partner, a model house was built according to the German low-energy house standard, which is now used for training purposes both as a pilot and reference object and as an energy-efficient classroom.
In order to establish a sustainable local awareness of the problem of energy efficiency in buildings, which are responsible for around 30% of the total energy requirement in China, training documents were created in the sense of a holistic view of low-energy houses. These were integrated into the existing curriculum and both teachers and students were trained on the subject. The project was flanked by high-profile advertising measures and workshops, which also improved general perception of the topic.
Tasks of Bau Bildung Sachsen e.V.:
Bau Bildung Sachsen e.V. used its many years of know-how in the field of training and further education in Germany and in the People's Republic to create, prepare and coordinate the training documents and to establish long-term training courses for lecturers at the partner college. Furthermore, we took over coordinating tasks in the area of project management during the entire term.
