Project goal:

The "German-Chinese Training Center for the Construction Industry" project aims to set up a vocational training center for the Heze Urban Construction Group and Project Development Co., Ltd (HUCG) in Shandong Province, China. As part of the cooperation, 35 skilled workers will be trained by Bau Bildung Sachsen e. V. qualified as future trainers in 5 specialist areas.

Content:

Training measures are to be implemented in Germany and China on behalf of the Chinese construction group HUCG. This is being realized by Bau Bildung Sachsen e.V. together with the association partner bfw - company for education.

The 35 participants will be trained over a period of three years in the areas of structural engineering, civil engineering, interior design, HVAC and electrical engineering. During this time you will go through the three training levels Basic, Advanced and Expert Level, into which the training is divided. Each of the three training levels focuses on practical training in the respective trade.

After completion of the training center, it will be used for the professional development of HUCG employees. These further training measures are carried out by the 35 trained former participants in the joint programme. In addition, external companies should also have the opportunity to have their employees trained in the HUCG training center.

A long-term vocational training cooperation after project completion is aimed at.

Tasks of Bau Bildung Sachsen e.V.:

Bau Bildung Sachsen e.V. advises the HUCG on setting up the training center. At the same time, 35 participants are supported by Bau Bildung Sachsen e. V. annually 12 weeks in Germany and 5 weeks in China, with consistent support through eLearning content. We take on the tasks of curriculum development, equipment advice, development and coordination of teaching materials as well as trainer qualifications in Germany and China. In addition, Bau Bildung Sachsen e.V. is responsible for coordinating project management tasks throughout the course of the project.
